Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Mitrava Jewellery, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unused, unworn jewellery in original packaging.

  • For defective product return must be initiated within 2 days of shipment delivery. 

  • Products must be in original condition, with tags, certificates (if any), and invoice.

  • Non-returnable items: Customized jewellery, engraved items, corporate gifts, and products bought on final sale/discount.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@mitravajewellery.com with your order number.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval/rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error

  • For size/style exchange, please place a new order after returning the original product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • For defective/damaged products, we will arrange reverse pickup.

Cancellation Policy

At Mitrava Jewellery, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation process is simple and transparent to ensure your convenience.

  1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

    • To cancel your order, please contact us at support@mitravajewellery.com or call us at +91-8306460222 with your order details.

    • If your order has not yet been shipped, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  2. Cancellation After Dispatch

    • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    • However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange after delivery, as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

  3. Customized or Made-to-Order Products

    • Orders for customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as they are crafted specially for you.

  4. Order Modification

    • Requests for changes (such as address or item modifications) can only be accepted before dispatch.

    • Once shipped, no modifications can be made.

  5. Cancellation by Mitrava Jewellery

    • In rare cases, Mitrava Jewellery reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.

    • In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
