Shipping Policy – Mitrava Jewellery
At Mitrava Jewellery, we strive to deliver your favourite jewellery pieces safely, quickly, and with the utmost care. Every order is packed securely and shipped through trusted delivery partners to ensure a seamless experience.
1. Shipping Within India

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above Rs. 1500/- across India.

Orders all orders below Rs. 1500 standard delivery charges of Rs. 150/- will apply.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your package.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

For express delivery (where available), additional charges may apply.
2. International Shipping

Currently we are working in India only so International Order are not accepted and delivered.
3. Packaging and Safety

Each piece of jewellery is carefully inspected, packed in tamper-proof packaging, and sealed before dispatch.

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

In case the package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it and immediately inform our support team at support@mitravajewellery.com.
4. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

In such cases, our team will keep you informed via email or phone.
5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to check the real-time status of your shipment.

6. Order Confirmation and Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing the order.

Mitrava Jewellery will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Lost or Returned Packages

In case a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can resend it after re-confirmation and payment of re-shipping charges.

If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and offer a suitable resolution.
