By using an eCoupon, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

The value, validity, and usage instructions for each eCoupon are specified in the electronic communication sent to the User. eCoupons remain valid only while the User’s account is active, in good standing, and compliant with the Terms of Use.

eCoupons can only be redeemed for purchases made on mitravajewellery.com on products that explicitly offer eCoupon redemption. eCoupons will become invalid if a payment is rejected due to Mitrava Jewellery’s risk management measures or if the product is illegal or prohibited under the Terms of Use.

eCoupons have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other offer, discount, voucher, or promotion.

Each eCoupon may be used for only one purchase. Any unused or partially used value will be forfeited, and no replacement or alternative eCoupon will be provided. If the purchase price exceeds the value of the eCoupon, the User must pay the remaining balance at the time of checkout.

If the replacement is more expensive, the user must pay the difference; if less expensive, the difference will be refunded in accordance with the Terms of Use.

20. Advance / Part Payment

Mitrava Jewellery (a part of Mitrava Group) may, at its sole discretion, request the user to pay a percentage of the order value as an advance at the time of placing an order. The remaining balance must be paid by the user at the time of delivery of the product.

Failure to pay the balance at the time of delivery will be considered as a cancellation of the order. Any advance or part payment made by the user will not be refunded in the event of cancellation for any reason.

As a merchant, Mitrava Jewellery (a part of Mitrava Group) shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the decline of authorization of any payment transaction, including situations where the cardholder has exceeded their pre-set limit or other bank/payment gateway restrictions.

21. Usage of Promo Codes Issued by the Company

Mitrava Jewellery (a part of Mitrava Group) reserves the right to refuse the use of any promo code at any time.

Expired promo codes cannot be used on mitravajewellery.com.
The company may, at its discretion, request proof that the user has legitimately received the promo code.
